Job summary

Carter BloodCare seeks a Hospital Service Representative to perform blood distribution duties during the assigned shift. Under supervision, you will ensure accurate unit transactions and compliance with storage, packaging and transportation rules.

This role demands a strong customer-service focus, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and readiness for on-call shifts with 30-minute response times. A High School Diploma and driving experience are required; familiarity with blood banking software

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Six months+ local driving experience preferred.
• Experience with direct customer service.
• Experience with computers, printers and cellular phones.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to learn blood banking software and CBC procedures (AABB, FDA).
