Job summary

LifeShare Blood Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a dependable Blood Product Distribution Technician to join our hospital services team. You will monitor inventory, retrieve products from collection sites, receive and fulfill orders, and drive a company vehicle to deliver to hospitals and healthcare centers.

The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and maintains donor/patient confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; must be 21+ with a valid license and clean driving

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Dependable, punctual and have effective communication skills.
Positive approach toward customers and other staff, professional at all times.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor/patient information.

Responsibilities

Monitor blood product inventory levels and retrieve products from collection sites.
Receive and fulfill customer orders and drive a company vehicle to deliver to hospitals and healthcare centers.
Provide excellent customer service and adhere to established quality practices.
Support safety standards and regulatory requirements in blood product handling.
