Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be dependable, punctual and have effective communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor or patient information.

Responsabilités

• Drive company vehicle to collect donor blood from collection sites and transport to the appropriate locations.
• Prepare paperwork, separate unsuitable units, and package blood products and samples for transport.
• Prepare apheresis products in computer systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor when below minimums; identify and remove outdated products.
• Answer calls to receive orders from hospitals; document orders and fulfill units.
