Job summary

The Central California Blood Center is seeking a Component Manufacturing Technician I to transform donated blood into safe, lifesaving components. You will process, separate, prepare, and label components for patient use while upholding strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Work involves cGMP-compliant procedures in a regulated production environment with opportunities to contribute to SOPs, training, and records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail and maintaining quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Component preparation and processing with quality control and cGMPs.
• Boxing plasma and other components for fractionator and services.
• Manufacturing Pooled Cryo.
• Troubleshoot problems with component processing and equipment; assist with SOPs and records.
• Adhere to company values; promote a positive, respectful workplace culture.
• Take compliant meal and rest periods per California law.
• Maintain consistent on-time attendance per policy.
