Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use various programs and laboratory equipment.
• Attention to detail, accurate documentation, and good decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet quality and quantity production goals, prioritizing workload and accurate documentation.
• Perform inventory management throughout manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Data entry and operation of computer programs for production, labeling, storage and sample tube management.
• Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection and information from other departments to meet timelines.
• Perform complex tasks such as pooled product manufacturing, freezing, washing, deglycerolizing, and pathogen reduction.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers, vendors and volunteers.
• May require weekend/holiday schedule flexibility to meet hospital needs.
