Job summary

Versiti is seeking a production technician to prepare biological blood components in a regulated setting. The role involves manufacturing RBCs, plasma products, and neonatal components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will follow SOPs, document processes, and participate in equipment checks and training. The position requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment at the Indianapolis area facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; equivalent accepted.
• Less than 1 year to 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures Red Blood Cells, Fresh Frozen Plasma, and Plasma products.
• Label and package products meeting regulatory and inventory requirements.
• Perform QC checks and document results.
• Maintain equipment and participate in safety and compliance.
• Support flexible scheduling including weekends and on-call as needed.
• Adhere to procedures for storage and handling of products.
