Job Description:

Candidate must reside in Northern New Jersey: Bergen, Union, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex & Warren county

As a team lead/support staff, you will utilize your leadership and healthcare/customer service skills to support mobile blood collection teams. You will coach, mentor, instruct, and serve as a resource for blood collection staff while performing blood collection duties within local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team and drive results through excellent customer service
  • Model professionalism and compassion as an ambassador to the public
  • Work as a lead/charge at blood drives and conduct phlebotomy
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proper blood collection procedures

Schedule: (Fairfield, NJ)

  • Variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance

Pay Rate: Starting at $25.55/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience (18 months to 4 years)
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in public-facing environments
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Customer service skills and effective communication required
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required
  • LPN or equivalent medical experience required
  • Physical ability to lift heavy weights, sit/stand for long periods, and adapt to schedule changes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
  • Leadership experience in healthcare settings
