Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting/pushing/pulling heavy weights and long hours; minimum height 60 inches to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Ensure blood collection meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
