Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and move equipment; ability to stand or sit for long periods and endure irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive blood collection vehicles to mobile sites and transport supplies, blood products, and staff.
• Connect with donors to explain donation impact and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Work with the team to set up/tear down equipment at donation sites and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly donor experience to encourage return visits.
