American Red Cross is seeking a team member to safely transport blood collection equipment, set up and tear down sites, and assist with donor engagement. You will help create a welcoming environment and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the donation process.
The role requires a valid CDL (Class A/B), DOT certification, and the flexibility for a variable schedule, including early hours and weekends. Paid phlebotomy training is provided and benefits are offered.
When you join our team you will be utilizing your CDL and customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process. This includes collaborating with your team to transport and set up equipment at collection sites, creating a welcoming environment for volunteer donors, and following all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations to hospitals.

To best meet the needs of donors and community, staff work a variable schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Overnight travel may be required in some locations. The schedule is provided two to three weeks in advance.
