Job summary

The role involves transporting and setting up equipment, collaborating with teammates, and possibly driving Red Cross vehicles as needed. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours; must meet height/vision standards for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the blood collection process at sites.
• Transport and set up equipment for donation sites.
• Create a welcoming environment to encourage repeat donor visits.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure donations can be safely transfused.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
