The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, 3 years related experience with 1 year in supervision, MT Registry or MT(ASCP), HEW certification, and a commitment to safety and quality. The incumbent will assist management and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent in science (required).
• Minimum 3 years related and progressive experience (required); 1 year supervisory experience (required).
• MT Registry or MT(ASCP) eligible (required).
• HEW certification or equivalent (required).
• SBB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Blood Bank and Donor Center procedures per SOPs.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist Manager with technical direction and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accreditation, licensure, and update procedures.
• Oversee instrument operation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Promote safety and ensure accurate documentation.
