Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree in medical technology and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The position offers a salary range of $22.12 – $31.01 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related role or equivalent education and experience.
• 2 years in an accredited blood center or transfusion service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform compatibility testing and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and issue blood components while maintaining inventory.
• Conduct quality control checks on reagents and blood products.
• Assist in training new staff or students.
