Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Blood Bank Technologist at its hospital for full-time or part-time shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, to support patient care. You will perform crossmatches, blood product processing, testing, and inventory management while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care and community health.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time evening/night shifts and pro-rated for part-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CLS program or related field or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree may be acceptable provided it meets CLIA grandfather clause.

Responsibilities

• Perform crossmatches and tests on blood products.
• Process and report test results.
• Manage blood product inventory and restock from suppliers.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
