Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical lab science or MLT program is required.
• MT/MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) and eligibility to take the exam is required.
• One year of clinical internship or laboratory experience.
• Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s in MLT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and special diagnostic test procedures and supports Quality Control.
• Performs function verification, instrument maintenance, specimen collection, and clerical tasks as required.
