Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and evaluates personnel, directing workflow in the section.
• Schedules and manages labor and resources within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Participates and may lead task forces for quality service improvement.
