This on-site role leads day-to-day testing operations and staff.

Requirements include CA CLS or CIS license and 3+ years in Blood Bank. Rotating on-call overnights weekends and holidays; FLSA non-exempt/full-time; pay range $58-62/hour.

Qualifications

• Current, active CA CLS or CIS license required.
• 3+ years of laboratory experience in Blood Bank/Transfusion.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform immunohematology testing and report results.
• Provide technical leadership in QA and regulatory compliance.
