Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform accurate blood bank testing and related laboratory procedures. You will maintain infection control standards and ensure quality assurance across testing processes, reporting results promptly to clinicians.

Requirements include a science-related Bachelor’s degree or HEW certification as a medical technologist, with prior clinical laboratory experience and PC literacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science-related field or HEW certification as a medical technologist in lieu of BS degree.
• Familiarity with personal computers.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and timely varied or specialized testing in Blood Bank.
• Performs procedures following infection control practices and quality assurance standards.
