Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents test results, quality control, and maintenance procedures.
• Manages daily lab operations including sample processing, results reporting, and coordination with staff.
• Interacts with hospital personnel, physicians, and patients to ensure accurate handling of specimens.
• Complies with policies and standards of Laboratory Services, hospital, and accrediting agencies.
• Promotes patient safety, quality of service, and continuous professional development.
