• Performs and reports waived to highly complex tests on patient specimens.
• Maintains quality control and calibration records for accurate results.
• Operates and troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation as needed.
• Communicates critical values promptly to care teams.
• Participates in evaluation of new procedures and equipment to ensure current lab technology.
