A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for its Blood Bank Lab. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a valid NYS Laboratory Technologist license, and 4 years of clinical lab experience, with at least 2 years substitutable by a master's degree. The position is for full-time evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary range of $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and NYS Laboratory Technologist license required.
• 4 years of bench experience as a CLT, or 2 years with a master's degree.
• Experience with Neonatal transfusion is preferred.

Responsibilities
