Job summary

LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Team Leader to oversee the Blood Bank department at Tuft Medical Center in Boston, MA. The role includes supervising the laboratory operations, ensuring accurate test results, and mentoring personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technologist/Technician.
• Previous Senior or Lead Technologist experience is highly preferred.
• ASCP or AMT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations of the Blood Bank department.
• Ensure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported timely.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel of the department.
