Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or Physical Science.
• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technician with >2 years in a high‑complexity lab.
• ASCP or equivalent certification, maintained without lapse.
• Knowledge of pathology laboratory techniques and principles.
• Clinical lab experience as MT/CLS/MLS/MLT.
• 1+ years of high‑complexity testing experience (Blood Bank).
• Leadership skills and knowledge of shift operations.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the laboratory department with direct oversight of staff performing clinical testing.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance within the Blood Bank and related operations.
• Provide leadership in problem solving and performance improvement initiatives.
