Qualifications

• Certification through ASCP, AMT, AABB, or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine immunohematology testing.
• Processes and labels blood components and pediatric aliquots.
• Operates, calibrates, and maintains laboratory instrumentation.
• Documents instrument maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Participates in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Completes annual competency assessment and participates in inventory management.
