Rain is building a global stablecoin payments platform powering enterprise deployments, neobanks, and AI agents. You will design, build, and maintain EVM smart contracts and the backend services that integrate with them, ensuring high throughput across multiple chains.

You'll help scale on-chain infrastructure for millions of users worldwide, contribute to the roadmap, and drive architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving product.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the EVM ecosystem and smart contract development.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity.
• Experience with Hardhat or Foundry.
• Knowledge of smart contract security patterns and gas optimization.
• Experience with Node.js and backend systems.
• 2–10+ years of engineering experience; compensation calibrated accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve EVM smart contracts end-to-end from development through deployment and maintenance.
• Build robust backend services that interact with EVM, Solana, and Stellar networks.
• Scale on-chain infrastructure to support millions of users globally with real-time processing and data ingestion.
• Shape the technical and product roadmap.
• Make architectural decisions in a fast-moving product.
• Ship new capabilities quickly and iteratively to customers.
