Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to build applications on Tempo and integrate its blockchain into partner payment systems. You will ship mission-critical systems and act across agents and humans, while expanding the Tempo product surface area.

You’ll collaborate with startups and enterprises, travel within the US as needed, and balance speed with technical quality to ensure safety and reliability in complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year(s) in crypto.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed.
• Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for both agents and humans
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems
• Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped
• Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself
