We are seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support our U.S. legal and business operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience—or a strong interest—in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency/digital assets, financial services, and licensing. You'll work directly with our legal team, executives, compliance professionals, and international colleagues.

Candidates should be based in Delaware or within reasonable commuting distance, as the role may require occasional in-person support with company documents, correspondence, filings, and other business matters.

What You'll Do

• Support the legal team with contracts, legal research, filings, corporate records, and general legal matters.
• Assist with fintech, crypto, financial-services licensing, and regulatory projects.
• Track licenses, registrations, filings, renewals, deadlines, and important legal documents.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical legal and corporate records.
• Receive and manage company mail and legal correspondence in Delaware, ensuring important documents are promptly routed and actioned.
• Scan, upload, and securely organize important documents and correspondence.
• Handle or route business calls and other day-to-day U.S. administrative matters.
• Coordinate meetings across the U.S. and international legal and executive teams.
• Participate in legal and executive meetings and help track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, registered agents, regulators, vendors, and other third parties as needed.
• Assist with Delaware corporate and entity matters.
• Support other legal, regulatory, and business projects as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

You do not need to be a crypto or regulatory expert, but you should have a basic understanding of the space and be genuinely interested in learning.
