Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to blockchain or fintech projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
• Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with smart contracts and their business applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain-based projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
