Job summary

Titan America, a leading heavy building materials company, seeks skilled Machine Operators for its New Ellenton, FL concrete block facility. Under supervision, you will operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment, keeping a clean, hazard-free work area and ensuring quality through inspection and basic repairs.

Requirements include at least 1 year of machine operator experience, ability to lift up to 95 pounds, and the capacity to work 8–12 hour shifts. Safety rules must be followed.

Qualifications

• Use, read and understand rulers and tape measures.
• Read, write and speak English as required by safety standards and job expectations.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, averaging).
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Must lift up to 95 pounds and climb ladders up to 7 feet.
• At least 1 year of machine operator experience in manufacturing.
• Must operate and inspect manufacturing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and hazard-free work area.
• Operate machine control panels with electronic switches.
• Visually inspect products for quality and remove rejects.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs on machinery.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions.
• Perform quality control documentation.
• Assist with maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Follow all safety rules.
