Job summary

Titan America is seeking skilled Machine Operators for our New Ellenton, FL concrete block manufacturing facility. Under the direction of the plant manager and shift supervisor, you will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to keep lines productive and safe.

You will perform quality checks, read gauges and documentation, remove rejects, and report malfunctions. The job requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 95 pounds, and good teamwork to maintain a clean, hazard‑free

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of machine operator experience.
• Able to read rulers and tape measures.
• Must be able to lift up to 95 pounds.
• Must read/write/speak English per safety standards and job expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work area.
• Inspect products for quality and remove rejects.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments and report malfunctions.
• Follow all safety rules and document quality checks.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed.

We are looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators in our New Ellenton , FL concrete block manufacturing facility.

Under the direction of the plant manager, shiftsupervisorand/or other designated leadpersonnelthe Machine Operatormaintainsthe facility in a clean, orderly and hazard free condition. This position willoperate, monitor, andmaintainconcrete block manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintainwork area in clean and hazard freecondition.

• Operatemachine control panels with electronic switches.
• Visually inspect products and by-products for conformity to prescribed quality standards such as color,shapeand corners. Removepoor qualityproducts and by-products asrequired.
• Make minoradjustmentand repairs on machinery, such as removing jams.
• Monitorthe operation of manufacturing equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Perform quality control and fill out documentation.
• Empty reject dumpsters, clean loose materialfrom aroundconveyors and batching equipment.
• Perform other functions and duties asrequiredor directed, such asassistingwith maintenance,cleaningand repair of machinery.
• Follow all safety rules.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Use,readand understand rulers and tape measures
• Read,writeand speak English as required by safety standards and job expectations
• Basic math skills,i.e.addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, averaging, etc.
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, stooping,squattingand crawling.
• Must be able to lift concrete products and other objects weighing up to 95 pounds each from floor level to heights up to 4 feet.
• Must be able to climb ladders to heights of 7 feet or more.
• Theappropriate candidatewillpossessat least 1-year experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.

MinimumPhysical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, squatting, and crawling at least 50% of shift. Requires standing 75% of shift (Based on 8 ~ 12-hour shift).
• Must be able to lift concrete products and other objects weighing up to 95 pounds each from floor level toheights up to 4 feet.
• Must be able to climb ladders up to 7 feet to access material hoppers and equipment platforms.
• This position will work inside with seasonal temperatures ranging from 25° to 100° F
