This is a position with WM Technologies, LLC and an affiliate of SPX Enterprises, LLC, which manufactures and sells Weil‑McLain branded products. Weil‑McLain has been a leading North American brand of hydronic comfort heating systems since 1881.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assembles cast iron section to relatively large or heavy subassemblies and complete units.
  • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Stops the line due to Safety or Quality issues.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Maintains area cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble block units according to product specifications.
The Most Qualified Candidates Will Demonstrate The Following
  • May require a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • May require 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must qualify on at least one task and the upstream and downstream tasks.
  • be able to use air/battery operated tools, lifting devices, and calibrated tools.
  • Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record.
