Job summary

Stier Supply Company in Sandy Run is seeking a Hardware & Blinds Associate to organize inventory, pull and label orders, and support blind production. This hands-on role suits someone who stays busy and takes pride in getting the job done right.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable using tablets or smartphones for order tracking, and able to lift up to 25 pounds. We offer weekly pay, health and other benefits, and opportunities for growth in a safety-conscious team.

Responsibilities

• Organize, label, and maintain hardware inventory and stock areas.

• Review picking tickets for discrepancies and resolve them.
• Key locks as needed and document key numbers for job tracking.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and year-end inventory processes.
• Provide support for blind production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Daily Responsibilities

• Organize, label, and maintain hardware inventory and stock areas.
• Pull, box, and label hardware orders with precision and accuracy.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Material or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions like keying locks and assembling parts.

Physical Requirements

Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)

Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..

Additional Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
