Job summary

Stier Supply Company is hiring for a Receiving Warehouse Associate in Sandy Run, SC. The role focuses on unloading deliveries, verifying materials, and maintaining inventory records for efficient stock control.

You will use BisTrack ERP to match deliveries to PO, scan paperwork, and transfer materials to proper locations, while adhering to safety guidelines and supporting production as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) and Combi-lift equipment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks (flatbeds, yard, docks).
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and note discrepancies.
• Scan paperwork and complete receiving in BisTrack.
• Transfer materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized warehouse with proper labeling in physical and digital systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to adjust stock levels as needed.
• Follow safety and ergonomic guidelines; perform additional duties as assigned.

As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload delivery trucks, including flatbeds in the yard and van loads at the dock.
• Complete receiving processes in BisTrack (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork.
• Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed.
• Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up) and Combi-lift equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)

Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
