Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), ability to perform heavy manual labor, and basic computer skills. SAP or inventory control experience is a plus, with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to tolerate the physical and environmental demands listed.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Must have some work experience doing heavy manual labor within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately weigh and measure ingredients for use in blends.
  • Maintain accurate paper records of ingredient quantities.
  • Use basic math to calculate quantities for partial batches.
  • Assist with detailed cleaning in blending room and other plant areas.
  • Deliver a clean, well-ordered blending room each shift.
  • Operate a vacuum-assisted lift, digital scales, and pallet/mixer equipment.
  • Stage materials for pending blends ahead of shift changes.
  • Basic computer skills; SAP or inventory control experience is beneficial.
