Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in New Ulm, MN is seeking an Associate Operator on 1st shift to support blending and packing operations. You will disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, perform sanitation, and participate in quality checks and HACCP compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of packing/compounding experience, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. On-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1–3 years of packing/compounding experience and understanding of formula instructions.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP guidelines.
• Forklift experience and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean and reassemble equipment during wash-ups and reassembly.
• Clean and sanitize rooms; titrate chemicals as needed.
• Pack product, perform QC checks, HACCP sampling as required.
• Move pallets with pallet jack and manage packaging of powder into bags.
