Job summary

DSM-Firmenich is seeking an Associate Operator, Blending Split, at our New Ulm, MN site. The role involves assembling and cleaning equipment, sanitizing rooms, titrating chemicals, and performing QC and HACCP sampling to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of packing/compounding experience.
• GMP and HACCP knowledge required or preferred.
• Forklift experience and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment during wash-ups and reassembly.
• Clean and sanitize rooms as needed; titrate chemicals.
• Participate in washing functions across areas.
• Accurately package product and perform QC/HACCP sampling.
• Move full pallets with pallet jack; pack powder into bags/super sacks.
• Perform QC and safety duties as required.
