Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of manufacturing/packaging experience; knowledge of cGMPs preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently; neat handwriting and accuracy with process records.
• Good math computation skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Knowledge of metric measurements and basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Primarily responsible to produce blends to satisfy quality, manufacturing and customer requirements.
• Operate blending equipment safely under supervision and, after orientation, competently.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and training manuals with accuracy.
• Complete required paperwork, including yield and tare weight calculations.
• Monitor and inspect product quality during processing; adjust as needed.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment.
• Load raw materials into blenders and unload after blending; weigh drums and record batch data.
• Attend company training sessions and maintain a clean, organized work area.
