Job summary

TotalEnergies Linden, NJ, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to join our Linden production team. The role emphasizes strict safety, PPE adherence, and teamwork to support daily operations across Production, Laboratory/Quality, and Warehouse.

Required is a minimum of three years in manufacturing, ability to read batch sheets, perform basic measurements, and participate in Kaizen initiatives to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
• Safety-first approach with PPE adherence in all tasks.
• Ability to read batch sheets, work instructions, and production procedures.
• Comfortable in a hands-on environment around equipment.
• Willingness to participate in Kaizen activities and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review batch sheets and ensure products are blended per specifications.
• Gather, measure, and add required raw materials for each batch.
• Return unused materials to storage locations and label samples for lab testing.
• Package finished products after appropriate approvals are obtained.
• Operate forklift to move materials and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Participate in Kaizen and improvement activities to enhance safety and efficiency.
