Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Blender Operator in New Lenox, IL to blend products per work orders following GMPs and safety protocols. You will maintain a safe, efficient department while maximizing accurate daily output and quality.

You will follow SOPs, operate blending equipment, perform basic math, update logs, and support Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes. Strong attendance and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Comprehend basic math: weights, measures, and calculations.
• Basic knowledge of computer and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to SOPs and GMPs for Manufacturing.
• Operate blending equipment safely to meet WO instructions.
• Prepare and sanitize equipment and work areas per SOPs and GMPs.
• Calculate weights and measures to ensure correct batch yields.
• Maintain logs and paperwork accurately and legibly.
