SURESTAFF is hiring Production Workers (Blender Operators) in Aurora, IL. The operator carefully handles 50lb bags, operates equipment, and assists in downtime cleaning. Qualifications

• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in food environment or consumer product preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate production/cleaning equipment.
• Maneuver up to 55lbs of materials.
• Complete daily production logs and HACCP/cGMP forms.
• Verify product integrity during manufacturing.
• Perform equipment changeovers as designated by the supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris and foreign material.
• Communicate equipment issues to supervisor or plant manager.
• Ensure quality checks are documented.
• Troubleshoot defects and uphold product quality.
• Understand powders and allergen/flavor cleans.
