Newly Weds Foods- Corporate in Gerald, MO is seeking a 3rd shift Blender Operator (11pm-7am) to join our TEAM. You will operate and maintain the blender to process dry food blends, report to the Production Supervisor, and ensure safe, high-quality production.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of processing equipment experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow SOPs in a fast-paced team setting. We offer growth opportunities and an excellent benefits package.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating food processing equipment, preferably a blender.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the blender machine in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure blend consistency.
• Ensure ingredients are measured and weighed before loading into the blender.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Perform regular quality checks on blends to meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
