You will set the mixer, weigh ingredients to specifications, and ensure consistent quality blends for production. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced facility.

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with benefits from Day 1; the work schedule is day shifts as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• License to operate a forklift.
• LOTO Authorized & Fall Protection.
• Computers and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the blender and maintain blend inventory.
• Blend and regrind materials to spec.
• Set mixer system to produce required compounds.
• Weigh ingredients to designated specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and areas.
• Keep area clean, safe and organized.
