Essential duties cover loading, weighing, and packaging, plus ensuring accuracy of process orders, adjusting quantities, and maintaining clean, sanitary work areas per QA standards. Strong safety focus and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Familiarity with GMPs and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Discharge product from blenders into containers and meet training time frames.
• Assist with changeovers and loading of blender.
• Weigh containers and adjust quantities as needed.
• Verify BOM accuracy against process orders.
• Record weights, times and dates; check dates on first case labels.
• Monitor packaging integrity and keep area sanitary per QA specs.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Perform end-of-line duties: inspect containers and ensure proper coding/labeling; replenish supplies; document scale logs.
