Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years in manufacturing, preferably dairy. Equal emphasis on safety and collaboration with departments to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in dairy or consumer goods.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of line duties on the production line, including receiver, blend/filler, CIP, retort, evaporator, and pasteurizer operator tasks.
• Clean, set up, operate, and monitor equipment.
• Ensure proper materials are used for each product.
• Complete documentation and quality checks.
• Review charts and specifications in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Maintain sanitation and prepare equipment for the next run.
