Job summary

Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center seeks a Blended Case Manager to support mental health services in Pennsylvania. The role offers base pay plus bonuses, with potential annual earnings from $40,000 to $50,000 and additional incentives.

Eligible candidates include a Bachelor’s in social sciences, or RN, or a high school diploma with coursework and relevant experience. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO and holidays, up to 5 burn-out PTO

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, or nursing; or
• Registered nurse; or
• High school diploma with 12 semester credit hours in sociology/social welfare/psychology/gerontology and two years direct contact with mental health consumers.

Starting Pay and Compensation:

• Base weekly rate plus bonus
• For hours over 27 billable hours weekly: $30 bonus per hour
• For billable hours beyond 32 weekly: $40 bonus per hour
• Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements: We welcome candidates who align with the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or
• Registered nurse; or,
• High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
