Job summary

Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) seeks a Blended Case Manager to provide supportive case management for mental health consumers in Pennsylvania. Candidates may hold a Bachelor's degree in related social sciences, or be a Registered Nurse, or have a high school diploma with 12 credits and two years of relevant experience.

Starting Pay and Compensation:

• Base weekly pay plus bonus
• For hours over 27 billable hours weekly: $30 bonus per hour
• For billable hours beyond 32 weekly: $40.00 bonus per hour
• Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements:

We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,
• Registered nurse; or,
• High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers
