Job summary

Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Blended Case Manager (BCM) to join our mental health team and make a meaningful impact. Starting pay includes a base hourly rate up to $22+, with increases for hours beyond 27 and 32 weekly, and an annual earnings range of $45,000–$55,000.

Starting Pay and Compensation:

• Base hourly rate: Up to $22+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience.
• For hours over 27 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $30/hour.
• For hours beyond 32 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $40/hour.
• Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements: We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,
• Registered nurse; or,
• High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers
