Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN is seeking a Production Associate to blend materials for extrusion on days, with occasional night shifts for training or coverage. You will operate blending equipment, monitor automated systems, stage materials, perform data entry, and assist maintenance while following safety procedures.

Candidates need a high school diploma and comfort with basic math and computers; physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 90 days proficiency in a computer automated environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate a blending network to create extrusion compounds.
• Monitor and adjust the blending process to meet standards.
• Move railcars, unload materials, and prepare paperwork.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Enter data into computer systems and track shift totals.
• Stage and stock ingredients and assist maintenance when needed.
• Operate forklift and conduct safety inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as required.
