Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to operate blending equipment, load materials and ensure consistent quality. You will monitor computerized systems, stage ingredients, and assist with maintenance while upholding safety standards and accurate record-keeping.

This is a full-time on-site role in a manufacturing plant environment in the United States. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 100

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write and perform basic math tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate computer systems and software.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate blending machinery to make extrusion compounds.
• Maintain material consistency and monitor blends for quality.
• Move railcars and unload materials as needed with proper safety.
• Operate and inspect blend equipment and record data in systems.
• Stage and stock ingredients; assist in maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety programs.
• Perform month-end inventories and support shift handoffs.
