Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable maintenance/custodial teammate to perform routine repairs, painting and general upkeep. The role involves HVAC filter replacement, snow removal, grounds care and reporting safety concerns to management.

You will join after a 90-day probation to qualify for union membership. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience. Strong work ethic and ability to work shifts in a casino environment are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and upkeep.
• Willingness to work in a casino environment and follow safety procedures.

Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions. Other duties may be assigned.
